Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 April 2026

Welcome to Keno Aus — the team that transforms ordinary evenings into genuinely legendary casino nights through our Royal Flush, Golden Table, High Roller Night and Diamond Soirée experiences, complete with professional dealers, premium tables and absolutely zero real-money involvement. By visiting our website, sending us an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the Terms of Service set out on this page. You must be 18 years of age or older to book or attend any event we run — no exceptions, because that is how we keep everything enjoyable, responsible and fully compliant with Australian law. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time as circumstances require. Any updates will be posted here with a revised date, and where changes are material we will notify you by email. Continuing to use our site or attending your booked event after an update has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. All Keno Aus services are entertainment-only: Roulette, Poker, Blackjack, Craps and every game variant in our lineup are purely for fun, friendly competition and unforgettable shared moments. There are no cash prizes, no real gambling and no financial stakes of any kind involved — just outstanding entertainment delivered with genuine care and professionalism. We provide the tables, the dealers, the setup and the energy. You bring your guests and a good attitude. Everything else is handled by us. For any questions, clarifications or to begin planning your event, contact us at events@kenoaus.com — we respond within a few hours on business days and will always do our best to assist.

Booking one of our signature casino nights is a clear and straightforward process, though a few practical conditions apply to ensure everything runs smoothly for all parties. When you send your enquiry, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information including the event date, venue details, expected guest numbers, your preferred package and any specific requests you may have. We will then send you a written confirmation outlining the final price, a full breakdown of what is included and your payment deadline. A deposit of between 30% and 50% of the total cost is required within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation in order to secure your date. Once your deposit is received, your booking is locked in exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event unless we have specifically agreed otherwise in writing. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Package pricing covers all elements listed in your chosen package — tables, dealers, standard décor and travel within metropolitan service areas. Additional items such as extended hours, live entertainment, special effects equipment, upgraded photography or custom theming are priced separately and itemised clearly on your invoice. Our cancellation terms are fair and transparent: cancellations made more than 45 days before your event will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee; cancellations between 30 and 44 days prior will receive a 50% refund; cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior will receive a 25% refund; and cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, as staff rosters have been confirmed, equipment allocated and all preparations completed on our end. You are entitled to one free postponement to an alternative date within the same calendar year; any further changes after that will be treated as a new cancellation and booking. In the unlikely event that Keno Aus must cancel your booking due to circumstances entirely beyond our control — such as a severe weather event or government-imposed restrictions — you will receive a complete refund or credit note, with no questions asked and no fees applied. All payments are processed through Stripe or direct bank transfer, both of which are secure. Please be aware that late payment may result in your reserved date being released to another client, which we would genuinely prefer to avoid. If you need to adjust any aspect of your booking, please get in touch as early as possible — we are flexible and will do everything we reasonably can to help you.

By confirming a booking with Keno Aus, both you as the organiser and your guests agree to conduct yourselves in a manner that is respectful toward our staff, our equipment and each other throughout the event. Our dealers are trained professionals whose instructions must be followed at all times to ensure the event runs safely and enjoyably for everyone present. Please do not interfere with or independently operate any table equipment. As the booking organiser, you are responsible for ensuring your chosen venue is safe, adequately powered, accessible and fully prepared for our arrival at the agreed setup time. Alcohol is perfectly welcome at your event and is entirely your responsibility to manage in line with applicable laws and venue rules. Guests who become excessively disruptive will be respectfully asked by our team to step away from the tables — the comfort and safety of all attendees is our first priority. You accept financial liability for any damage caused to our equipment beyond what would be considered fair wear and tear during normal use. Any photographs or video content captured by the Keno Aus team during your event may be used on our website and social media channels unless you notify us in writing before the event that you do not provide consent for this. All intellectual property belonging to Keno Aus — including our event concepts, branding, custom designs and operational materials — remains exclusively ours and may not be reproduced or replicated without prior written permission. If anything unexpected arises on the night, we will respond promptly and make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation. Our liability is limited to the total value of the services confirmed in your booking, and all protections available to you under Australian Consumer Law apply in full. If you have a concern or dispute, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance — the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and without formality. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the agreed next step is mediation in New South Wales, governed by the laws of that jurisdiction. These Terms of Service, read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between Keno Aus and you. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw service where conduct is inappropriate, unsafe or incompatible with the experience we work hard to create for everyone. For enquiries, booking changes or general questions, we are always available at events@kenoaus.com. Now go ahead and book the event your guests will still be talking about for years to come.
